IFSAC Proctor’s Greg Osborne & Dena Adkins Available testing levels: Hazmat Awareness Hazmat Operations Firefighter I Firefighter II Start time to be determined by number of applicants per level, all test to start between 9-2 Cost: $20 per test – Cash due at time of testing (Cost helps cover facility fees and mailing tests back to Olympia) Please submit an IFSAC Candidate Application for each test level you are requesting to sanddadkins@gmail.com.
